Chezmuna Enterprises is the authorized agent of Misk Investments Limited, the Mandate Seller. We offer Grade-A electrolytic copper cathodes of DRC origin to industrial buyers and qualified procurement representatives, with independent verification at defined stages and settlement through standard ICC banking instruments. Built for buyers who need a repeatable, verifiable channel, not a one-off cargo.
The buyer pays nothing before verifying the cargo. The financial instrument is opened only after satisfactory verification.
Availability for a specific buyer is confirmed only in the Seller's FCO.
ASTM B115 Grade 1 / GB/T 467-2010 Cu-CATH-1 or equivalent
Held at Kinshasa bonded warehouse; buyer verification after SPA
Trial cargo followed by rolling monthly contract
Dar es Salaam or Mombasa load port; CIF quoted on request
These cathodes are not an LME-registered brand. Pricing is negotiated against the LME Cash Settlement reference, at a discount fixed in the sale and purchase agreement, rather than tied to a deliverable LME warrant.
Nigerian business registration (BN: OG 6817), established 2009, Lagos headquarters
Acts for the Mandate Seller, Misk Investments Limited, and presents its offer and procedure to buyers. The buyer pays nothing before verifying the cargo. Under the NCND clause in the SPA, documents relating to other transactions and counterparties are not disclosed.
Cargo existence, quantity and quality are independently verified at defined stages — Kinshasa warehouse (after SPA), SGS at load port, and destination re-inspection where provided in the SPA — not on seller claims alone
ICC UCP 600, DLC/LC, bank-to-bank settlement between top-tier institutions. Instrument, issuing bank and conditions are agreed in the SPA.
Buyer states its requirements. We check them against the seller's procedure and raise any material differences early
Qualified buyers are invited to issue a Letter of Intent to Misk Investments / Chezmuna: quantity, spec, destination, terms
After review and acceptance of the LOI, seller issues Full Corporate Offer
On acceptance of the FCO, buyer and seller execute the Sale & Purchase Agreement
After SPA execution, buyer may verify the designated cargo at the Kinshasa bonded warehouse before opening the financial instrument
After satisfactory verification, buyer opens the instrument specified in the SPA
Independent inspection at the designated load port per the SPA
Cargo loaded and shipped per the agreed Incoterm, destination and schedule. Destination re-inspection, where provided, and payment follow the SPA
The buyer pays nothing before verifying the cargo.
Verification takes place after the SPA is executed. The financial instrument is opened only after satisfactory verification.
Qualified buyers are welcome to verify the transaction before opening the financial instrument. Following execution of the SPA, the buyer or its authorized representative may verify the designated copper cathodes at the Kinshasa bonded warehouse, subject to the agreed procedure, to confirm physical availability and transaction details. Independent SGS inspection follows at the designated load port in accordance with the SPA.
Because documents relating to other transactions and counterparties are covered by the NCND clause in the SPA, the buyer's main assurance is physical. Cargo verification takes place after the SPA and before any financial commitment, and quality and quantity are confirmed again at loading.
Enquiry Review → Buyer LOI → Seller FCO → SPA → Buyer Pre-Inspection → Financial Instrument → SGS Inspection → Shipment
We encourage prospective buyers to establish their technical, commercial, verification and banking requirements before submitting a formal LOI. This lets your procurement, compliance and banking teams confirm early that the transaction can work for them, and it saves both sides time. Please tell us:
Tell us your required copper purity, technical standard, trial quantity, anticipated monthly volume and destination port.
Tell us what your compliance team must see before proceeding. Documents relating to other transactions and counterparties are not disclosed under the NCND clause in the SPA, so we can confirm early what the procedure can and cannot accommodate.
Pre-instrument cargo verification is welcome. After the SPA and before the financial instrument is opened, you may verify the designated cargo at the Kinshasa bonded warehouse, followed by SGS at load port.
Indicate your proposed instrument, issuing bank, any confirmation or performance-bond expectations, and the conditions under which payment would fall due.
Specify your preferred Incoterm, loading and destination ports, and any other essential commercial conditions.
We review your enquiry, identify any material differences between your requirements and the established transaction procedure, and refer them to the seller where necessary. Where the requirements are compatible, qualified buyers are invited to submit a formal LOI for consideration.
Submitting an enquiry is not an LOI, an offer, a commitment to sell, or a guarantee that every requested term or document will be accepted. Final commercial terms, documentation and verification arrangements are subject to seller approval and the executed transaction documents.
Copper transactions are prioritized for verified direct buyers and authorized corporate procurement representatives. Tell us what you need and what your company must verify. We will review your requirements against the seller's procedure and advise on the next step.
